Consumer Customers
1. Opera Foods are manufacturers and wholesale distributors, Do you sell direct to the public also?
- Yes we sell consumer direct through this online store only.
2. Delivery Times & Areas?
- We deliver Australia wide but not outside of Australia. Deliveries to major metro areas are usually next day for orders lodged and prepaid before 10am.
3. Where can I find a Local Stockists?
- Its hard to point you to a stockist because no stockist carries every product and we have many products, but you can locate a stockist here and phone them to see if they carry the desired product.
4. Can I pick-up the order at your warehouse to save freight?
- Normally you can choose free pickup at checkout and then you can pick up your pre-paid order order between 10am-2pm (after you have received an email to say its ready). However during Carona Virus restrictions we have temporarilly ceased the pickup option as we are an essential food business and are not receiving any customers at our premises.
Retailer/Distributor Customers
1. How can I get a Wholesale Product /Price List?
- Please register using the "Wholesale Registration" link at the top of the page. Once you register you can log-in and you will be shown Wholesale prices instead of Retail prices.
2. What are your delivery areas?
- All Australian Major Metro Areas.
3. Is Delivery Free?
- Delivery for regular wholesale orders is free within major metro areas for orders over $400.00. Other orders will be shown the freight options and cost at checkout.
4. Are Credit Terms Accounts Available for retailers?
- Credit terms are availablle for regular wholesale customers subject to credit evaluation. Please complete our Account application Form.
5. Are your products manufactured in Food Safety certified Premises?
- Yes please contact us for copies of Certification if required.
6. Can I get products made in our private brand label?
- Opera Foods can offer private label Granola, Muesli, Cookies & Biscuits etc from the; Plum Foods, Mulberry Tree, Bush Cookies and Boost Nutrients' brands, however volume requirements exist. Please contact us to dicuss.
